  • Where can I find the list of ingredients and allergens?
    Ingredients are listed on every Product Page and also on the Tea Boxes.

 

  • Are your teas gluten-free?
    Although most of our teas do not contain gluten, they are not produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities. Please check the ingredient and allergen list carefully.

 

  • Do your teas contain any sugar?
    There is no added sugar in any Nebutea, nor any artificial sweeteners.

 

  • Do your teas contain any flavoring ?
    We use only the highest - quality, 100% real ingredients in our teas. Unlike many other tea brands, we never use anything made in a lab. Even so - called “natural flavorings” are often tampered with by scientists. You want ingredients with flavor, not just flavorings. We keep things real because we want to know what we're consuming. 

 

  • Are all your teas organic?
    Some of our teas are organic. However, we also offer a selection of top non - organic teas on the market. Our goal is to provide you with the best - quality products. When it comes to teas from specialist small - batch farmers, being the best doesn't always mean being organic.

 

  • Does tea expire?
    For green tea, it's best to consume it within 1 year. But for other teas, if stored properly, their quality can improve over time. To keep your tea in top condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

CAFFEINE

  • How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?
    The average cup of caffeinated tea contains 35-40mg of caffeine. However, keep in mind that the actual caffeine content can vary quite a bit based on factors such as water temperature and brewing time.

 

  • Do your teas contain caffeine?

  • How long do I need to steep my tea for?

    For steeping instructions, visit our Cheat Sheet. Everything doesn’t have to be “perfect” you know; stop putting all that pressure on yourself.

ORDERS

  • Where is my order?
    You'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our hands and is picked up by a shipping carrier. This email will include a tracking link – click on that to check the status.

 

 

  • Can I exchange an order?
    We will gladly help you exchange unused product within 30 days of your order. Please contact us with your request.

 

  • I received a damaged or incomplete order, will you fix that?
    Please check out our Shipping & Returns page for more about this option.

    If you've received an incomplete order, first check your shipping confirmation email – your order may have needed to be sent from more than one location and in this case the rest of your order will be at your door soon. If this isn't the case or you still have questions, reach out to our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to help.

 

  • I can't log in to my Nebutea account! What should I do?
    Click on ACCT in the main menu. Select the “Forgot Password” field right under the email address field. Please follow the steps in the password reset email to reset your password.

 

  • How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
    If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution.

 

  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Meta Pay.
